The Chief Apostle in Uganda

Chief Apostle and Sister Fehr who were accompanied by District Apostle and Sister Saur from Germany arrived in Kampala, Uganda on Thursday, August 17th, 1995, where they were welcomed at the airport by District Apostle Wagner from Canada, the District Apostle Helper Wilbert Vovak from USA and Apostle Edward Seruma of Uganda. Upon arrival at the Nile Hotel, the Chief Apostle was greeted by the singing of almost 100 choir members from Kampala Districts as well as 44 Apostles, 5 Bishops, 10 District Elders and Several District Evangelists from the 12 African countries of Benin, Burkina Faso, Centrafrique, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda and DRC Congo plus from North America.

On Friday, August 18th, Chief Apostle Fehr held a meeting with all of the Apostles and administration brothers present in Kampala.

On Sunday, August, 20th, Chief Apostle Fehr conducted a Divine service in the conference centre in Kampala where he served over 3,000 souls. The text used was from PSALM 128:5 “The Lord shall Bless Thee out of Zion. Thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy Life”. During that service; The Chief Apostle ordained 9 Apostles and 11 Bishops among them was Apostle Richard Kavuma who cares for Uganda Western region. By 1996, The total membership was 240,000 Souls.
